WhooHoo! Season 6 has officially started and what an awesome start it was! Lots of new ideas, thoughts, and PEOPLE (WHY do they keep bringing in more people??? I can't keep them all straight & I still have questions about those that have before & were killed off or dissapaered)
One of thoughts that kept bugging me the most after it was over was when Hurley said on the plane “I’m the luckiest man alive.”
If those scenes were supposed to be an alternate timeline to show what would have happened
if they never crashed on the island (or
if the bomb-plan worked) that line didn’t make any sense, b/c he had nothing but trouble since he won the lottery. And why was Desmond on the plane? When all the losties were in Australia, Desmond had already been on the island for awhile. Is he dead & Jack is seeing dead people (like how he see’s his dad)?
Edited: I was talking w/someone at work about this & they pointed out the obvious to me.
IF the bomb thing worked & the plane does not crash on he island, it didn't just change that, b/c the bomb exploding would have happened in 1977 & that it changed a lot more things, but some things stayed the same. (Kate being a fugitive, Locke in a wheelchair, etc)
Sometimes this show just goes completely over my head....but I love it anyways!
