I don't think the showed Sawyer in a flash forward but Kate said "he'll be wondering where I am" and a lot of people think she was refering to Sawyer. I don't think I was Julliette either because like it was said before, they are calling them the Oceanic 6 so it would have to be passengers that were on that flight.

I wonder now if the "he'll be wondering where I am" was in reference to the baby. And, while we're on that subject... She called him Aaron. Are we to believe that is Claire's baby?!

I just KNEW it was Claire's baby as soon as she said "I have a baby now"
and when she went into his bedroom adn I saw how big and blonde he was, I knew it was Aaron even before she said his name.

I'm guessing that something really bad is about to go down on the island and that people are going to be killed. (like Claire) And some people are staying behind...

Ok, but how is Kate passing Aaron off as her baby? I mean it was obvious she wasn't pg when the plane crashed. I am more confused as to why Jack refuses to see the baby. Do we know how long it has been since they were rescued? Why don't they want everyone to know how many people survived the crash? Why would people like Sun and Jen not want to come back? Who is the 6th person? So many questions!!!!!

I think it has to do with the time warp as to how Kate can pass the baby off as her own... I think that they were on the island for less time than what had occurred back in the real world.
ie: something like 1 month on the island is = to 2 months on the regular time.
