Unhappy Oprah

Anyone love Oprah?

I watch her show all the time and will be very sad to see the last episode air next week.

On a side note - today is the second half of her interview with James Frey - author of Million Little Pieces. Did anyone read that book? (I think Rudi did.)

I like Oprah also and DVR her show every day and skim through them and decide what I want to watch.

I have been loving her "25yrs behind the scenes" on the OWN network. It's been great. I'm also liking her new network and the shows that are on there.

I read the book (A Million Little Pieces) and found it dumb and poorly written, whether fiction or non-fiction. I may be the only person in history never to have watched Oprah. That said, I like many of the books she's recommended over the years, including my favorite book of all time.

Im going to miss her so much! But, I am enjoying the OWN a lot!!! I see on Twitter & Facebook, people who are attending the last show tonight are tweeting info about it. I hope they dont ruin it for the rest of us who have to wait until next week.

I haven't really sat and watched Oprah in years. I remember the episode had a reconstructive surgeon who repaired a child's face who was born with Crouzon's Syndrome. It was especially pertinant to me since I have Crouzon's and the surgeon was the son of the orthodontist who did the teeth work of my reconstruction and he was partnered with the surgeon who did my main surgeries. This same surgeon was the lead in the team that seperated the conjoined twins from Egypt.
