Glinda,

I'm so excited for you and your babies. Thank you for sharing. It makes me feel so much more comfortable with this process. Anxiety is such a poison. I wish it didn't somehow creep up on us. It sounds to me that you are on your way to bringing your two beautiful babies into this world. I will be praying for your peace of mind so that you can sit back and enjoy the ride.

One more question for you. How did you know that you were progesterone deficient? Do you think there is a number or a feeling that would provide you with an indication?

Again, thanks for your help,

Cyndi

I don't have sore boobs nor have they gotten any bigger.

I received my beta callbacks from a nurse. The nurse was also the one to call in any scripts. It doesn't sound like you need to be on any supplements. I have a progesterone deficiency problem (which was probably the cause of several m/c before being diagnosed) so I needed supplements.

You're doing great

Hi Cyndi, I'm in the same boat, had transfer today and the 12 days seem like eternity. My fingers are crossed for you and I hope all of our prayers will be answered. Lauraann

I am in the process of going through my first cycle of IVF. My transfer was on Friday 2 (grade 2, 5&7 cell embryos), and my progesterone was today (33.5) and I'm going crazy!!! Can anyone shed any light on these numbers for me? I don't know how anyone makes it through this 12 day wait period. I have a hard enough time relaxing normally. I haven't been able to get this out of my mind, and I feel as if my anxiety is just going to totally work against me.

Thank you and I will keep all of you in my prayers,

Cyndi

Lauraann,

Thanks for reaching out. The 12 day period is a little crazy especially for someone like me that is normally not the most patient person. Please keep me posted on how you're doing and how your progesterone test goes for you.

You're in my prayers,

Cyndi

Cyndi, now I have 11 more days to go....better than 12. They haven't said anything to me yet about getting a progestrone level. When does that usually happen? As far as I know, I just go in for pg test on the 19th.

Lauraann,

I had my progesterone measured on Wednesday, 6 days after my transfer. I'm not sure why they had me do it. It seems from reading other postings this is part of the process. You should call you doctor's office and find out what the deal is.

You're in my prayers,
Cyndi
