Default Accupunture

So, in an effort to increase my chances of healthy/viable eggs, i started seeing an accupuncturist. I have had 2 treatments so far (am one wk away from CD1) and he thinbks I should find relief when AF starts, normally I get pretty intense cramping on the ist 3 days and he says this treatment will also help with that

So, I keep going 1x a week for the next few weeks and after DIUI, I guess he'll guide me then as to whether to have treatmens during 2WW or no.

That's the news with me. Oh yeah, I decided to try this after seeing an article in MacLean's magazine, DP clipped the article for me.

Are you seeing an acupuncture dr that specializes in fertility? If not, do not have any sessions during the 2ww. There are certain meridians that deal with fertility. What is a good area prior to conception may not be a good area after conception. I went to a fertility specializing acupuncture dr. He told me that it is possible if the needles are placed in the wrong areas, a miscarriage will occur.

I will say that doing acu certainly increased the blood flow to my uterus and made for very nice thick linings.

Good luck.

Here is a link to the place I went. There is lots of info regarding fertility treatment. Just so you know, I didn't do any of the herbal treatment. You are not supposed to take the herbs while you are cycling. And I was always cycling

. I think if someone wants to take a 3 month break then it is a good time to try that stuff.
