Hi Everyone!

I'm only responding because Tammy is out of town and I don't think her sister will check the boards.

After months of artificial inseminations Tamilee is done trying to conceive. However, her much younger sister "Amanda" is trying to have a baby for her (by DIUI). Amanda got a positive on an OPK Monday morning so they inseminated her late Monday night. Yesterday (actually at 2:00AM this morning) Amanda had some light spotting that ended up subsiding quickly . She TOTALLY panicked and since she couldn't get in touch with Tammy she came to the boards looking for help/advice (she really needed to hear that everything was OK). She's new to the boards and found a thread titled "advice needed" on the donor insemination board and thought that would be the best place to post for help. Tammy and I both spoke to her today and calmed her down. Tammy is blessed to have Amanda in her life (and vice versa). They are the closest sisters I have ever known. Amanda desperately wants to conceive and be able to give Tammy and her DH the gift of a lifetime, a child. This is her second month TTC and she's a nervous wreck.

I really just wanted to let everyone know their situation in case Amanda returns with more questions. Tammy has a new job that keeps her away from home A LOT and Amanda may need support somewhere along her TTC journey.

Thanks for reading this.
