Don't listen to her......Leslie is lieing! I'm in my second trimester also and still waiting for that sex drive to come back
We have had sex exactly 2 times since the retrieval.....dh not very happy about that one. I just don't feel like it and I'm still sick anyway, so it is the last thing on my mind. We did ICSI also with this cycle and it worked well for us. Tell your men that they are lucky because my dh didn't have the option of porns and magazines....hell, he didn't even get to have me in the room
When we got to the clinic, they sent us to 2 different floors. Me to pre-op, him to a small room with a cup
I must say though that he was a champ about the whole thing

I lost my sex-drive when I was stimming. We didn't attempt sex until like 4wks post EC it was too uncomfy for me though so we abandoned that attempt. I'm now third tri (post Icsi too) and Still No Sex Drive here... My Poor Dh has been on pity-sex/alternative methods of satisfaction throughout!
We were also told no sex unless with a condom prior to the EC (And were like WTF none of his sperm can swim like anythings going to change that now!) Dh says he's Really looking forward to me returning to my more normal self at night! So be warned.. be extra nice to your dh's whilst you still feel like it!!

We stopped on the way to the hospital and he bought himself a porn mag, which was just as well as the ones in the room they took him too all had "Property of NHS do not remove from room" stamped all over them which he felt was more than a little off-putting!
He performed quickly enough though bless him.
Re the Ovaries - my left was my dominant side, it's normal to have one develop more than the other.
