Just wanted to wish you luck for your 2nd 2ww, and to agree with Maddy about the clomid! I would avoid it - I've never had lining issues, but had some this cycle, after using 50mg clomid. I plan to use injectables next time round.

Best of luck

I don't know anything about the lining and follie #s but I know the other ladies around here do and if they think things sound good I'm gonna go with them. Really hope this is your month.

I agree, forget the clomid. Move straight to injectibles IMHO if yuo do not get pg on an unmedicated cycle.

You are lucky that your RE allowed you to be inseminated without an HSG. My RE will NOT do IUI without an HSG.

I hope this works out despite the challenges, and Sophie has a little baby brother or sister on the way! Are you using the same donor?

Just wanted to wish you good luck with this cycle and give you some hope. My last IUI that worked was extremely painful. My cervix wasn't opened the whole way and they had to use clamps and a cervix dilator in order to get the catheter in.I was almost in tears on the table and the doctor kept apologizing. I was convinced that it was a waste but that's the cycle I got my BFP. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

Pegah2os - Ouch! They had to use the same equipment with me - the tenaculum, the cervix dilator, metal probes, and multiple different kinds of catheters to try to get in. It was just brutal.

Thanks everyone for the positive support and suggestions. I'm working with an OB/GYN which probably explains the slowed protocol, but the office is just 10 minute walk from my house and the nearest RE is 60 miles away, so I'd rather stick with this if I can.
