Default High E2 what does it mean

Right before inseminating, my E2 was >1000 and LH was 12. When I tested E2 before, i.e., berfore my first pregnancy, the E2 was always around 130.

Does anyone know what a high E2 means? More than one follie, maybe ( I saw two at the ultrasound, but only one was "ripe")?

By the way, no meds, and home insemination..., but over 40 years old .

Here I am, thinking that I would not worry this second time around trying... ha ha
