I didn't get to talk to the nurse today, I called this morning and left a message to change my u/s and she called my cell and left a message with the new time for tomorrow. So I wasn't able to find out anything. I had the trigger shot on Tuesday at 11am and the IUI at 1 yesterday so wouldn't the shot have forced me to ovulate? The follie was big enough, it was 1.9 at 8am on Tuesday. UGH I'm so confused!

When you go tomorrow, there will no longer be a follicle. However, you will not know when it released. Yes, the trigger shot will force you to ovulate. You had the trigger 26 hours prior to IUI. Most likely, you ovulated 10 hours later. The hcg trigger is also important for the final stages of maturation of the egg. Also just because a follicle is 19 mm, it doesn't mean it is mature. The way to tell that is by having your E2 level checked. A level of 200 represents a mature follicle.
