Default I am such a happy camper!!!

My embryologist just called to tell DP and I that she just got done freezing 7 expanded blasts for us!!! SEVEN!!! EXPANDED!!!!
I can not even begin to believe that we have 7 perfectly already expanded blasts on ice. I inquired on the grade of them all and she said we have 2 grade 2's and 5 grade 3's. My RE told us yesterday that he rarely see's grade 1's (the best) and we're not even sure if the embryologists even give those anymore. LOL!! The RE told us that he normally see's 2's and 3's but the grades don't mean anything to him either. He said what matters is where they are in the process (expanded or expanding). Of course, I sounded disappointed about the grade 3's and the embryologist quickly yelled, "GRADING DOESN'T MEAN A THING" (I suppose that is why she never offered that info.).

All I can say is that I am so happy we decided to choose the IVF route at the beginning of the year. It really has been a great experience for me (even with IVF#1 ending in a m/c). It just gave us so much information that we never would have known with IUI's (not that I'm knocking IUI's either because I got pg on my 3rd one!). It's also really cool to know that we had such a great donor!! That boy's swimmers really did their job!! Now I know I have 7 little totsicles just waiting to go back into my or DP's uterus someday soon.

Thank you all for your support and letting me stay here even while doing IVF.
