Missy that sounds sooo cute. I love the chairrail. My room is beige, curtains are purple with sheers (we didn't have much choice on the purple cuz we have to have black out curtains) and theme is french rose. All the decorations are pink. The crib is cherry and the changing table is cherry with white cabinets. Oh, and our dresser is white wicker. It all sounds like a mismash but that's what it is now. I'll have to check it out all put together and might paint but I think the beige goes good with the french rose. We have lots of lamb stuff too. So I guess I don't know what the theme is. Crazy. Missy, I'm hoping to have peanut on Dec. 22. I don't want her to be Sagitarius if I can help it and she'll be almost 32 weeks then AND it's solstice. Alaskans very most favorite day of the year. (the light starts coming back). L

Leslie...sounds like she will have a very pretty little girl room

Does your peanut have a definate name yet? I know you weren't 100% sure last time we talked about it. Why don't you want her to be sagitarius? It's funny because I am aquarius and I want the kids to be born on Feb 16th so that they will be also. They would be 34 weeks by then

The 22nd is so close....are you getting excited? That is the same day my baby furniture is getting delivered (sounds like a good day to me). I hope you wish comes true. Have a good weekend.

You guys!!! Its so cool to hear about the babies' rooms, I love it! Missy, after you wrote that you were going crib shopping I've been meaning to ask about the colors, etc. It sounds like so much fun (I love to decorate) and they both sound beautiful. And it seems to make a lot of sense to have them both on one room at least at first - less work I'd imagine. Is there much information out there for people expecting twins? Books, classes, etc. with tips on how to manage things - I imagine there must be some useful tricks...

Leslie, how did your room get set up? Did you do it before you went in the hospital, or has DH been hard at work? Have people been sending you photos? And how were your shower(s)? What's the favorite gift you received?

Julie

I know Missy! That's why I told you my "date". My mom is Sagitarius and slighty whacko so... No, my room isn't set up. According to my friend it's got a huge pile up of gifts in the middle of it. I'm just picturing it after it's all set up. I know what stuff we have but will have my work to do when I get out. My mil is coming to clean and help though. So my favorite gift? I have to say it's baby's first rice bowl/training chopstick set. It's so cute you could just die. I also got this really cool snowsuit thing that makes you wish they made one in your size. It's so soft. I have some really sheshe girly friends so got lots of designer clothes too. Pretty cute but not very practical for Alaskan living. We'll have to "dress up" and go to Nordstroms. Our one nice store here. I'm not sure what DH has been up to at home. Yikes!
