Good luck, Pam. How was the trigger shot? I'm a bit nervous. How long have you been ttc?

Hi Ladies,

The shot is really not that bad. I used to get all worked up over the needles but now I am doing them myself. I have been ttc for quite a long time. I actually find the needle easier when I do them than when DH did them.

Well, had my IUI today and am now resting. I am officially in the tww.

I hope this is it for you, Pam.

I was planning on giving myself the injection, but my DH is determined to be involved, and wants to be supportive, so he thinks he should. Not sure if I like that.
I'm not sure what IM means. I just have to stick it in my stomach, which has a convenient spare tire around. Let's hope the extra padding helps! I go for another us/bw on Friday morning, then I give myself the shot at midnight, and go in Sunday morning at 11 for the insemination. Is 36 hours the norm?

ok thats a subcutaneous (sub-q) injection. Its way easier than IM, intermuscular...that is tricky! That's what I get!
