I'm not questioning why the trigger. My concern is with the timing. Maybe you can go in 12 hours after trigger, not have IUI immediately after. I would also move up the 2nd IUI. Unless I misunderstood, it sounds like your 2nd IUI would be 48 hours after trigger.

And by the time this thread is done, you'll have several more suggestions to drive you crazy
 


I know it certainly does feel great to be doing something and moving in the right direction.

Hi--
If you don't get a positive surge by cd 13 or 14 will you go in for some kind of u/s??? I am also puzzled by the hCG after the + OPK. The positive OPK would mean you are already surging. I guess I could see you going in for u/s and b/w cd 13 or 14 then triggering. Anyway I'm not the doc for sure...so
