Great! I hope the Femara works for you, I've thought about asking my doc about it instead of clomid. Let us know how it works. I hope your first medicated cycle is THE ONE!

Last night was my last med dose. I found the femera makes my tummy feel all puffy like I'm the pillsbury dough boy or something. On Monday, I get my 1st US and we'll see if it grew some extra follies...

Sure hope you have some good follies in there

Seems like the Femera makes my tummy feel all icky. Does it make you feel yucky too, or just puffy?

I asked my RE about Femara. She said that it was used in breast cancer patients, and using Femara could get my file "tagged" as a cancer patient - not good because basically no one will ever insure you again. Have any of you run into this, or have your doctors said anything?

GOOD LUCK!

Yes, it is originally a drug for breast cancer, it affects estrogen and I guess that is why it is used for those patents...it really freaked out my pharmacist but so far no word from my insurance sompany, thanks for the heads up though. And Saira, yeah, my tummy feels funny but last night was my last dose so I'm hoping it starts to feel better soon...honetly, the headaches while on this stuff are on par with the yucky tummy feeling. We'll see if this pays off on Monday....
