Default No Bloat-no bueno!!

Okay, I was feeling pretty good about not being bloated and no mood swings, but after my US today- I want to be bloated up like a balloon!!! The nurse could only count 4-5 follies

It is day 5 of stimulation and I am on the highest dosages they can give...I'm so disappointed...She said I may just be a "slow starter". I go back on Thursday to see if anything more is happening. Did any of you have a "slow start"? Or is day five a good indication of where I'll be??? My clinic won't do the retrieval unless they have at least 6 follies...

Thanks,

Hi Bonnie,

I was a slow starter and my follies were small then one day there they were and i ended up with 14 eggs being retrieved. keep the faith and drink your 10 glasses of water every day and you will be fine.

good luck

I think I felt bloated because of the meds and all the water it did not get really bad until the day before my retrieval and then i could bearly walk and forget about wearing my regular jeans.
