Talking Some advise....

...from you experienced DIUIers.

This cycle I ovulated late Saturday according to my temps. My doc doesn't do IUIs on the weekend.

Would it be worth my money to do two IUIs next cycle. One late Friday and another early Monday. Would it really increase the chances?

Thanks, girls.

That is too far apart IMHO. All of my RE's have recommended that double IUI's be 24 hours apart, with the first one 12-24 hours post-trigger or +OPK.

BTW, not doing IUI's on the weekend is IMHO totally unacceptable. If your RE does not do them, I am sure that he/she has a colleaugue you can see if you need to.

GOOD LUCK!

what Rachel said. One IUI about 12-24 hours post + opk is optimal and then another if you so desire about 36-48 hours after + opk. That's how I got pg with Mia!

Good luck! Have you considered home ICI? Is that an option? That way, if your doctor can't do an IUI you still have a chance that month!

BTW, I don't what options you have, but a doc that doesn't do IUIs on the weekend is not truly meeting your needs - you can't control your cycle. My ob/gyn saw me on Thanksgiving once and often on weekends. Do you have any other choices? JMHO
