I also think that spacing it that way wouldn't help your chances at all. I am with an OB/GYN and yes, in my situation there is always a chance that the doc on call won't do weekend IUI's, but somebody has always pulled through for me. If you ovulated overnight on a Saturday, then I think Friday would have been too early (using thawed sperm) and Monday would be too late. I hope that next cycle you will ovulate on a weekday! We go this all the time as well!

Thanks, ladies. He's the only one in the office that does IUIs. I'm in a fairly small town, California wise. I'll see if he'll let me do a Home IUI. My sperm bank requires the specimen to be sent to the doctor, but no rules about me taking it home after that.

This is my first cycle with O hitting on the weekend while ttcing. My last before this cycle got all messed up and I had to take Provera to get AF to come.

I wonder if I can get my cycle to change with what's left of my Provera supply.

Oh, man...I wouldn't even work with somebody who didn't do IUI's on weekends! Just like everybody else has said.....you can't predict that you will ovulate during the week!! JEEZ!!! I hope that you can do an at home ICI at least! Most sperm banks will send to the doc and then you can just go pick it up. A few sperm banks will send directly to your home, too.

Good luck!

Thanks everyone. Will see what happens? If my cycle remains the same, I think I'll be changing doctors.
