After the retrieval wasn't too bad. I was a little crampy (but not even as bad as my periods would get). Unfortunately the bloating doesn't go away (atleast with me it didn't). Your ovaries will still be huge eventhough they removed the follicles, plus you will be on progesterone which really does a number on the old body
 
Don't worry though because everything is worth the end result

Drink alot of water so you don't hyperstimulate.
