TWW and exercise

  • Thanks, ladies! Unfortunately I am always looking for an excuse not to go to the gym, so I will probably use the tww as one! I just think maybe I would get pregnant easier if I lost some weight (need to lose about 50-60lbs). But if I only go the two weeks that I know I'm not, then I'll never lose anything! I think I'll go, but take it easy and maybe skip the stomach ones.

    Your BMI is 11.3? Not that it's any of my business but isn't anything under 18 considered underweight? I'm surprised you have your period at that low level of body fat.

  • We installed an inground pool during our 2ww...and I was pg! Do not do more than you normally do...Curves is pretty easy going..check with your DR for sure!

  • I agree, Curves is very mild exercise and exercise is always a healthy benefit!
