  • I always had an LP of about 11-12 days, and managed a pregnancy, actually on my first cycle when the timing was right. (M/C at 11 weeks)
I am unsure of the names of drugs in the USA (I'm in the UK

) so forgive me if I am saying what you've already said! Could you perhaps use progesterone? I know the progesterone supplements never worked for me, but you can get PIO injections, which apparently work very well - I plan to ask to use them for my FET cycle in April.

Alternitively, Vitamin B6 got my LP up to 13 days.

    Best of luck,
    Marie xx

  • With all due respect, I beg to differ with your doc. Embryos implant anytime after 5dpo and 11dpo is NUTS. I think you still stand a good chance of getting pg, but I think I would find a good RE (Reproductive Endocrinologist). I don't get the feeling that your doc is an RE. Your LP is indeed a little short, but I really don't think it's a big deal, assuming you have a good implantation around 5-7dpo. That *should* hold off AF. If not, rest assured that many women do indeed see AF as usual while they are pg and their babies hang on just fine through it.

    GOOD LUCK!
