Default ultrasound results

I had my US yesterday....now there really is only one...there was the tiniest spec that we assumed was the 2nd embryo...quite sad. The good news is that the other is looking great! I saw his/her heartbeat and the crown to rump size was exactly as it should be (6w2d)! My Doc was very happy with how everything looks. I feel so relieved to have been able to see that little heart beating...whew!

Oh Bonnie, that's the greatest news ever! I LOVE getting u/s. I'm almost 33 weeks and they decided I better go once a week to check fluids and I couldn't be happier. It's sooooo reassuring to see the bean on the screen, it makes it so much more real. The best is when you see the bean moving on the u/s and start to feel kicks. At first I just thought it was gas and bowel stuff but when I saw her move on screen I finally got it. Duh!! I'm so happy for you. Sorry Missy, but I think one is way easier on you than two would be.

I do think that one is easier on everyone...but twins would have been fun too...I can't imagine seeing him/her move! that must be amazing

I haven't been entirely released to my OBGYN yet...I'm still on meds and the IVF clinic wants to monitor me until I'm off. I should be on for another 3 weeks or so. I am transitioning over to my regular Doctor though...I have another US on 1/13, a prenatal class on 1/21 and mt first full exam on 1/27 all with OBGYN. Things are rolling!

Did any of you have trouble sleeping early on? I can't sleep well at night anymore...part of it is having to get up to use the bathroom, but the other part is just plain old restlessness....I thought I was supposed to be extra tired at first....hmmm

I haven't slept since I got pg. I think it's training for when you have to stay up all night with the baby! L
