Hi all! Most of you I know from when DP and I were trying for #1 and I pop in from time to time to keep up to date with everyone's news and progress.

I wanted to let you know that I would love to join you again and get your advice throughout the process as we try for #2 this year. We have no idea what to expect since all that we went through last time (8 cycles, 6 IUI's, triggers, u/s, HSG, etc.) was based on DP's cycles and DP's body. We have six vials of the same donor on ice, but now it will be my turn to carry, so it is like starting from scratch again. I have to admit that I am still a little reluctant to be the pg mommy, but we want #2 so much now that our beautiful little girl has turned 1 (plus, we don't want to get used to sleeping through the night and have to go through that adjustment all over again). It was always the plan that I would carry #2 since I am younger. DP now admits she would do it again if she had to, but LOVES that she doesn't. Cross your fingers that all goes smoothly for me, since we have no idea if there are fertility issues!

I will be setting up an initial appt with the same OB/GYN we used for #1 this month. I will be starting prenatal vitamins and hope that we will be ready for our first try in March.

I look forward to getting reacquainted!

Glad to see you're moving up from lurkerdom. Last time, you lived through DP's procedures, now it's the other side. We're here for any of your questions.

Good Luck!

Hi!
Hard to believe she is 1. I remember when your DP got pg and had her. Time is just flying by.

to you in your journey! I think it's so cool that your daughter will have a sibling carried by you. What a bonus to a 2 uterus family!!!! I hope luck finds you quickly and painlessly!!! Wishing you the best.
