hi all. I am new to this forum. With a lot of hope I am here. i am a married women working in an international bank. My husband works in a software company. We have been married since 2010, till now I haven’t conceived. My husband and in laws are very supportive. They are suggesting me to adopt a child but nowadays adaptation takes a lot of time. I want to conceive by my own. Since childhood I have irregular period but that is not a serious issue I think. I don’t know exactly why I am unable to conceive. Few years back I was suffering from mental illness! We have invested a lot of money and time but nothing actually happened. Can anyone suggest what we are supposed to do? We belong to a middle class family so investing a lot money is really a big issue. But we understand that without investing money it is impossible to opt for IVF or surrogacy.

. Hope you are doing well now; wish you and your family a healthy and happy life. In vitro fertilization (or fertilization; IVF) is a process of fertilization where an egg is combined with sperm outside the body. The process involves monitoring and stimulating a woman's ovulatory process, removing an ovum or ova (egg or eggs) from the woman's ovaries and letting sperm fertilize them in a liquid in a laboratory. The fertilized egg (zygote) undergoes embryo culture for 2–6 days, and is then transferred to the same or another woman's uterus, with the intention of establishing a successful pregnancy.
IVF is a type of assisted reproductive technology used for infertility treatment and gestational surrogacy, in which a fertilized egg is implanted into a surrogate's uterus, and the resulting child is genetically unrelated to the surrogate. Some countries banned or otherwise regulate the availability of IVF treatment, giving rise to fertility tourism. Restrictions on availability of IVF include costs and age to carry a healthy pregnancy to term. IVF is mostly attempted if less invasive or expensive options have failed or are unlikely to work. The percentage of all IVF procedures results in a favorable outcome. Depending on the type of calculation used, this outcome may represent the number of confirmed pregnancies, called the pregnancy rate, or the number of live births, called the live birth rate. The success rate depends on variable factors such as maternal age, cause of infertility, embryo status, reproductive history and lifestyle factors.
Surrogacy is a method or agreement whereby a woman agrees to carry a pregnancy for another person or persons, who will become the newborn child's parent(s) after birth. Intended parents may seek a surrogacy arrangement when either pregnancy is medically impossible, pregnancy risks present an unacceptable danger to the mother's health or is a same sex couple's preferred method of having children. Monetary compensation may or may not be involved in these arrangements. If the surrogate receives money for the surrogacy the arrangement is considered commercial surrogacy, if she receives no compensation beyond reimbursement of medical and other reasonable expenses it is referred to as altruistic. The legality and costs of surrogacy vary widely between jurisdictions, sometimes resulting in interstate or international surrogacy arrangements. There are laws in some countries which restrict and regulate surrogacy and the consequences of surrogacy.

You have explained so well dear. I would like to add only one point. You have said that money is a big issue for you. I can suggest a clinic that is situated in Ukraine and they offer pocket friendly treatments. You can check out their policies, terms and conditions. Take care.
