Aww, man!
So I think I may have hit my first real stall. I'm trying to stay positive, but I haven't lost anything. In fact, I've gained (water weight, I'm sure). I know it is time to shake things up--so I'm really looking forward to the gym opening in a week or so.
How do you guys handle plateaus? Any sure-fire ways to get your body to co-operate?
