Smile Aww, man!

So I think I may have hit my first real stall. I'm trying to stay positive, but I haven't lost anything. In fact, I've gained (water weight, I'm sure). I know it is time to shake things up--so I'm really looking forward to the gym opening in a week or so.

How do you guys handle plateaus? Any sure-fire ways to get your body to co-operate?

Usually I have to decrease my calories (or sometimes increase them because I often skip meals) or exercise more/change my routine.

That stinks, but because I am just now in my 3rd week I havent hit any plateaus I hope I dont for a while. I have no advice for you. I am sure these ladies can help you out though.

Just change up what you're eating or better your exercise routine. Add some weights or pick up the pace a bit with walking faster.
