Wink Getting stronger

Today is the start of my 4th week working out. Im actually starting to get much stronger. Today I did 240 crunches without too much strain! My first day I could only do 60!

I am also able to go longer on the treadmill and have managed to start using the incline function. I may not have lost much weight yet (so far 1 measley pound) but I am looking different physically and that feels good! I hope to see a little more lbs gone this thursday, though!

Susan...I hear ya. I ate pizza this weekend along with a choc chip cookie.

So I needed to push a little more today so I upped my cardio a bit.
