Question Hypnosis??

Does anyone know anything about this?? I read a few articles on this. They are having one for weight loss and also for smoking in our area next month. Just wondering if I should try it. (I am willing to try since nothing else seems to be working) Any thoughts??

If you think it might help..

I must say I have tried this for smoking and it did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!

I would highly recommend Zyban (no idea if it is in the US or not)...helped me quit after 15+ years within a couple days!!! HONESTLY!!

I work with a group of 4 people who went to a stop smoking session. They were all pack a day smokers and had been for a really long time. One had even smoked for 40 years. It has been almost 6 months and they are still smoke free. I spoke with one of them and he told me from the second he walked out he had lost the urge to smoke. I was planning on going to the weight loss one, let me know if you decide to try it and how works out for you!
