I'm hoping I can take advantage of your support if you'll have me. After almost 20 years of lifetime membership in Weight Watchers, I got pregnant. Not knowing how many points I needed, I added 10 a day and ended up gaining 15 pounds in 12 weeks. Unfortunately, I miscarried, and the fat isn't going away. It's a depressing reminder of my loss.

Any advice?

My heart breaks for your loss and I truly can empathize...

Hang in there and the weight will come off slowly as your body adjusts itself..just watch what you eat and get regular exercise - it always does the trick!
