    I'm new here and this is my first post. Fitness has an important role in our life. We should follow a balanced diet and should practice regular exercises to maintain our fitness. Losing weight is not an easy job. You should concentrate on your daily instincts for that. Hereby I'm sharing a healthy, easy and yummy grape smoothie recipe which will help you to reduce your weight. Hope it will help you all.

    Recipe:

    Ingredients:


    3 cups of black grapes
    2 cups of ice
    1 cup argula
    A splash of raw, organic vanilla

    Direction

    Whirl everything together until smooth and frostee and then pour into a glass and drink.
