B - poached egg on whole wheat toast

L - 2 hot dogs

S - salad, 2 tbsp dressing

D - Fish and chips

S - peach, sunflower seeds

Drinks - 2 cups tea, 1 cup coffee, 8oz milk

Water - 85 oz

Exercise - treadmill 20 mins (2+ kms/1 mile)

B - Honey Nut Cheerios w/ skim milk
L - Chicken Noodle soup-at-hand, 2 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 serving pretzels
S - 2 mini Baby Ruth, 2 mini Butterfinger
 

D - Spinach Artichoke Dip w/Tortilla Chips (I was so busy making this for the book group snack that I didn't have time to eat anything else for dinner!)

Water - 70 oz.

Exercise - 15 min. brisk walking

Lunch:
2 small bagels w/bacon and 1/2 cup yogurt

Snack:
10 nilla wafers

Dinner:
Grilled chicken salad w/honey mustard dressing

Snack: ?

Water:
75oz so far

Exercise:
cleaned and changed around my den
