I have done very well this week. I even was able to get in a little bit of walking this weekend too, which is hard for me to do. Saturday I put Presley in a front carrier and walked with her and Sunday I went for a quick walk/jog around my block. It wasnt much but it was something. I had my weekly weigh in this morning and was excited to see that I have lost another 4lbs!!! A total of 13lbs in 3 weeks. I have 12lbs until I reach my Christmas goal of a 25lb loss!

I am unfortunately up 2 pounds today. Partially thanks to a run in with an apple dumpling and also I have about 18 months of PMS that my body is making up for.

AF is due any day now. Since she has been on vacation for 18 months I can't even imagine what kind of "souvenir' she will be bringing me.
