I am emotionally eater. I'm a bored eater. I'd eat just to be eating.

I've always had a hard time losing weight. I get discouraged to quickly or am not doing the right comboination of things that work for my body to release the fat.

I have noticed that if I eat several small healthy meals throughout the day, I tend to not binge as much. Of course, this is during the work week, weekends are a different scene entirely.

And I am cursed with a big sweet tooth.

The sweet tooth gets me more than anything. I also love my dairy. In terms of exercise - I use the "I don't have time" excuse a lot. But I have plenty of time to veg on the couch and watch TV.

It's hard to get out of bad habits.

I've started chewing gum when i have this urge to snack. I think it's helping.

Hey Bigmama, I have been taking it slow and steady, not one to lose the 70lbs I gained during pregnancy w/n the 1st 2mths, I have been taking weekly photos to track my progress, using fit day, giving my self small goals to make it to my ultimate goal, eating 6 meals a day spaced out 2-3 hours, and getting on the elliptical nightly, even if I am exhausted I will get my 20 minutes in. Basically I started actually doing some of the things we know worked for others, I finally owned my weight gain and with that I took charge of my weight loss, it feels so good to get that shock and awe look from people who haven't seen u in a while, and they tell u u made it and u inform them u are only on the verge. The biggest help has been the support of u guys and knowing I am not the only person in the world who is trying 2 fit in.
