I'd tell you what I eat but I don't think it would be very helpful!!
 
That's a great help ladies, especially to show that we can still eat a fair amount of food (3 meals plus snacks!) and still eat reasonably and lose weight. I generally do well at meals unless I get too hungry, but my snacks are very very bad!

I switched to "mini meals" and it's working like a charm!!!
