Talking Birthday party outfit
I cut this out last yr and it never got made up. The girls went to a birthday party today and so I made it up the last few days. I just love how it turned out! I used a strip of the bloomer fabric to make the waistband, but you can't see it in the pic. Her parents were quite impressed and the girls said their friend really liked it! She's quite petite, so hopefully it will last for next year as well!
