I made theses dresses last week or so. This is my favorite pattern for quick dresses for my girls! Ottobre 2/2005 #12. The skirt is fuller then I normally make it. I simply took the leftover fabric and used it all. I ended up having to put a deep hem so they could walk

They love the dresses! The bloomers are Otto 2/2003 #15 that I've made dozens of times! They are my staple pattern that I make with every dress! My girls don't like to wear shorts under their dresses, but they love girly bloomers! I bought some ribbon and put it on the side and there is a little tag, made from the same ribbon, near the hem on the dress as well. The girls wanted to show off the tag as they think its really cute. I like the contrast bloomers with the dresses!

Christine is just wearing over sized clothes! They are roughly the same chest/waist/hip measurements, so its only the height that matters. The only thing that looks a little silly is tunic tops. Christine looks like she's wearing a short dress

Christine just noticed last night that Nicole was a good 3 inches taller then her!

It takes so much time to make my girls clothes, that they've always had things over sized so they last! I make their jeans at least 4-6" too long and cuff them. Christine just gets a bigger cuff

I'm a lazy sewing mom! I keep hoping that Christine catches up, but every time she has a growth spurt Nicole has one too! Its so easy to simply cut and sew up 2 of everything! It takes much more mental power to keep sizes separate! They still want identical outfits or at least coordinating outfits!

very cute, I wish I had your drive and talent. I need to get my house in order and get out my machine (it has to be set up in the living room that is the only place I have room) all 3 kids need window covers.
