I've been busy making SWAPS for the kids and myself for the camps they'll be attending (and me too) in the next 2 weeks.

SWAPS are little home made creations that people swap with other campers to remember the event. it usually has a pin on the back and the name of the person and/or the event and date etc....

everything I'm making requires a glue gun (if nothing else than to glue on the pin to the back) and I swear I've burned my fingers more times than I care to count!
I love my hot glue gun so much (I think they're way better than the cool ones) but man oh man is that hot glue HOT!!

I use the cold clear glue that works like hot glue, but takes 10x longer to dry

Man that's a lot of swaps! Kimmie camp home from daycamp with about 50 that we pinned on her Daisy hat!
