One more thing.
How has your body responded to the drugs? I'm curious about the side effects. I've been reading about all of it, but was wondering how you are doing personally. Notice any changes?

Eliza, I came on here with a question and got distracted. Here's my questions:first, did you start with bcp? And while you were on them did you have any slight ovary pain?
I just dont want to be possibly ovulating. I dont think thats what it is, but if it was I would have to wait next cycle for ivf. What do you think?

I did not start on BCP b/c we are on a short timeline as my dh's cancer may spread the longer we wait. But it is probably just a side effect of the bc pills. i hear a lot of people have weird side effects on bc while waiting for ivf
As for side effects:
Lupron~ 10 units~At first i had very intense bone pain, like arthritis(sp), some hot flashes not too bad, and insomnia, and queezy after the injections. The last two days before my stims began i was finally able to sleep well. Now my lupron dose is cut in half~5units
Follistim~225iu~ hot flashes(could be the lupron), heart burn, insomnia seems to be returning(could be the lupron), peeing more, and feeling a little bloated.

I go in the morning for my first folly check...i can't wait!

Starting Lupron shots on sunday. It's the 3 day countdown. I'm a little nervous. I know I'm making it bigger than its actually going to be, but I'm sure everyone gets a little nervous. I'll let you know how it goes.
