Help!!

Has anyone ever had or known anyone who has had, an ablasion and gotten pregnant? At this point I am looking for someone who has even gotten anyone to listen to them at an infertility clinic.
I had Novasure done 2 years ago and have now decided I would like to have more children. I have one daughter from a previous marriage. My gyno just told me that there is no way to have a child and left no option other than that. No "lets try estrogen to build your lining" or anything.

PLEASE HELP
