  • Just a little update on us. We have officially made it to 36.5 weeks which is when my last 2 were induced, so its looking like this little one will surpass them. I seriously hoping hes stays put until his due date cuz I am sooooooo not ready yet.

My Drs appt on Monday went well. According to the Dr everything looks good. The heartbeat was strong and I measure big (about a week further along than I really am...lol), which seems funny to me cuz my belly is really not THAT BIG. I need to post a pic in the belly gallery.

They're still monitoring me pretty closely for HELLP syndrome and watching my platelet count which was still on the low side this past week, but hadn't dropped too much in the past 2 weeks, so they will just monitor my platelet count each week and make the decisions on what to do based on that. I've also had a small amount of protein in my urine the past couple of visits as well.
But despite all that I feel great!!

My friends at work threw me a surprise baby shower this past Monday and I got LOTS of stuff we needed. So now I need to wash all the clothes and unpack all the gifts and get them ready for the baby. I'm also sewing up a new diaper stash for the baby, so still lots to do before I'm officially ready. Poor Hubby wants this baby now and I want him to hang out in there as long as possible!! LOL
