Default First Appointment

I had my first Doctor's appointment last Friday and it was wonderful! They did an exam and all the fun bloodwork. Then I had both an abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound. We got to see the little peanut, heartbeat and all!

My next appointment is the first week of July, so about three more weeks.

As far as symptoms go, I actually haven't felt sick for a couple days now, I am in the bathroom ALL the time, and I am still super tired. My body seems to be reacting about the same with this baby as I did with my second one. First baby I was showing around 14 weeks, second I was showing at 9 weeks, and I am already with this one too! The doctor told me that's pretty normal because I was actually a little underweight to begin with and he said that your body remembers and the muscles relax sooner with each pregnancy.

Anyway, I hope everyone is doing well and thanks for reading!

That's so exciting! I don't even have a doctor yet, since we moved to Wisconsin just last year. If the doctors are the same here as they were in Florida, they won't even give me an appointment before 8 weeks. So, I still have another couple weeks before I get back on the merry-go-round LOL!

How far along were you when you got your first appointment?

I am going for mine next Wednesday, 23 Jun. I'll be six weeks along and am wondering if we'll get an early ultrasound too!

I'm 37 and think age might be a reason for an u/s that early.

Thanks!
JM
