Default Had the baby

Dec 30th at 4:35pm went in on dec 28th I tried everything a bouncing ball walking around for two days laid in the bath for comfort no pain meds and it hurt for days. It only took me like a min to pop him out and only my husband and a nurse was in the room she was screaming for some help she didnt even have time to put on the gloves and he fell onto the bed she hurried and cleaned him up and doctors and nurses ran into the room to help. I was group B postive and so the baby now as group B with a bad infection and on a oxygen machine and iv and tubes all around him. He has to be in the hospital 10 up to 21 days depends on how fast the meds work for him. I have not got to hold him yet due to right when I had him I would not stop bleeding for two hours they tried and I finally had that under control and after I was ok he had issues. He was 6lbs 11oz 20inch and cute black hair. Ill post a pic soon.

Wow--what a story he'll have to tell one day! I hope he's better and you're able to snuggle him super soon.

What did you name your little man?

CONGRATULATIONS!! I am so sorry you both had so many struggles at first!!

If you tested positive for Group B, why didn't they start you on antibiotics right away? I'm sure the hospital and nurses took care of him, and at the end of the day, just focus on your prize! What's his name?
