hmmm, i only have the heartburn issue too. But sleeping with extra pillows is supposed to help...........

lurking again here but I was told not to use the pillows because it actually bends you at the stomach & can make it worse. My Dr said the actually put blocks under the bed at the head of the bed to lift the whole bed up at the top that way you are elevated but not bending. Of course you would probably have to clear that with DH since he has to sleep in the bed too! I never did it seems like too much of a pain but worth a try if it is causing you so much trouble!
