Default "It rubs the lotion on it's skin..."

what products are you using to help prevent stretch marks or to at least keep your skin hydrated through pregnancy?

my husband and I have been looking for a perfect product - he says we just need to buy a few and find out which I like best or does the most amount of good.

A few I am looking at are LanaB Pregnancy Belly Oil, Basq Resilient Body Oil, Napa Soap Black Olive and Syrah Grapeseed Lotion - just to name a few.

But how do I decide?

I got a few stretch marks on my hips from growing and they are white and hardly noticeable now - 18 years later. I know I could stretch, but I am really afraid of not at least trying to prevent them using diet, exercise and a good moisturizer and I hear from a friend that she loved grapeseed oil.

I just used the cocoa butter stretch mark stuff you buy in the drug store. I was not very good about applying it with baby #1 and I have no new stretch marks on my hips and none on my belly at all (I have a few from gaining/losing weight when I was younger, but none from pg). A lot of it has to do with genetics (unfortunately!) Good luck!
