Default Update from today!

Still here...
I actually still went to work today! It was uncomfortablebut I'm glad I did-- the day went by fast!

I am freaking out a little... she did the ultrasound and said that according to the ultrasound, the baby weighs.

12.5 lbs!!!

I thought the doctor was going to say c/s for sure. She said that frankly she doesn't think he's that big. She said again that all 3 measurements are big, (head, abdomen, leg) and so she thinks he's a big, tall baby weighing about 9 1/2 - 10 lbs. SO, tomorrow I get induced at 12:00 noon.

I am really freaked out thinking that even if the measurement is off by a pound thats still 11 1/2 lbs!
So tomorrow is the **big*** day.

Thanks for thinking of me everyone! I'll update when I can.

Whoa! I'm excited! Two days before I had Alex, the U/S tech estimated he weighed 8 lbs.--he was born two days later and was 8 lbs, 2oz. It depends on your tech and accuracy of measurements.

For your sake, I'm hoping she generously overestimated!

Gosh I can't believe there saying he is that big.
The u/s I had two days before I was induced with ds they said 8-8.5lbs but my doctor thought that was a little on the high side.
Ds full term was 10lb 4oz! Doctor was floored!
For your sake I hope there off by a couple lbs.
Good luck tomorrow....Can't wait ti hear
