Default Constantly Worried:(

I'm 36 years old and half way through my pregnancy with my first baby. It's certainly been an exciting past couple of months because it was a surprise pregnancy but we've been trying to prepare as fast as we can.

My husband is laid back but I find myself constantly worried about every little thing. I've stopped reading pregnancy books because they make me even more anxious.

I would appreciate any advice on how to get over this state of mind.
