I am new to Baby Corner, although I have visited as a lurker several times
 
My husband and I are trying to conceive baby number two. I have a four year old daughter already, who was conceived without actually trying. Now, though, we are having difficulty conceiving a sibling for her. We have been trying for about 16 months, and have had one miscarriage in that time, about three months ago. I am always looking for other people who are in any type of similar situation. It is comforting to hear others stories, and go through that two week wait together!

I am also new here. I read your post and it brought me back to a time not to long ago in my own life that was so difficult. I am 37 and had a very hard time conceiving. As it turned out I apparently was never able to conceive. My husband and I finally made the decision to go to a fertility specialist and since I could not use my eggs and my husband also had some issues with fertility we decided to try FET with a donor embryo. After the 1st try we conceived and are now the very proud parents of a baby boy. He is now 7 weeks old and we could not be happier. That 2 week wait always ended up in heartache for me until we saw our doctor. Hang in there and if it doesn't happen naturally don't be afraid to give science a shot.
