We're just a bunch of people (mostly moms of all ages) who like to talk. We're good at hugs and advice! Pick a board (or 2 or 3 or...) and jump in and say a little about yourselves!

There is a fitness and weightloss board and I'm sure some of the ladies posting there can give you info about what you are interested in.
