Question What can you do for a colic baby.

My daughters pediatrician thinks she may be a little bit colic. She's about 4 weeks old, and I just want to know if anyone has any advice on what to do to soothe her while she is crying uncontrollably.

To be honest, when my son was colicky, we took him to my chiropractor. It only took a couple of treatments before it was all gone. He told me that during the birth they get all out of joint which then pinches nerves and can cause the colic. He siad it does helpp all babies, but it works with the majority of ones who have come to his office.

I don't know if you are BF or formula feeding your little one but I bottle fed and I took DD to a naturopathic centre and they told me she had digestive problems with the protein in the cow's mild and had to change her formula and from the very first bottle with the new formula she was ALL BETTER...instantly...no more colic...

My DS did not have colic but once in a while he would get into crying fits and I would swaddle him and then rock him while letting him suck on my finger or a binky at the same time and the motion and sucking and swaddle combo always did the trick!
