You can only do this in a New thread or if you hit the Go Advanced in replys. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the button that says Manage Attachments in green.


From there a dialog box will pop up and you can browse for your picture , enter the URL (like from TBC sites , photobucket etc). Then click upload and close window and your attachment is added. You can only add 3 attachments per post.
