What do you do along the road?

Rest stop?
Side of the road?
Exit the highway for a restaurant?

Does your kid cry wolf every 10 miles?

*** I have a road trip coming and I"m just wondering about all the miles ahead of me!!

oh gosh, so far i have been lucky. i guess one time we stopped at a convenience store, but i just happened to stop and he said he had to pee!

Douglas always asks at least once on the way to my parents house (it's a 3.5 hour drive or so) We usually stop at a gas station or rest area if we can, unless we were planning a food stop anyway. We're lucky though, he's always been pretty good about "hodling it" until we can stop!

I just look for the nearest, easiest thing - McDonalds etc. I also have folding potty seat (she is only 3) and that helps with any that are gross
